The manager did not give me a warm and fuzzy feeling. I received an offer and was told that I would receive 20% discount off of rent. After I put in my notice and choose my apartment, I was told that I had to wait 60 days before I can live on site. I wish she was upfront with me with specifics during the offer. In the interview, I asked the regional on the policy for living on site and was just told there was a 20% discount, not that I had to wait 60 days. I told the manager that I would be homeless and the manager did not care one bit. They put me in an awful situation around the holidays. I declined the offer and am very happy with my decision.
