Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We consider the interview as a two-way process. Applicants are interviewing us as much as we are interviewing them. It’s important that interviewees get a solid understanding of what their day might look like. Therefore, our typical interview process is structured to allow the applicant to gain the most information about our school and provide a snapshot of what a day might look like. We also share an informational video and take applicants on an in-depth tour of the school and autism institute. We find this works best in a group format. The interview includes completing a paper application, which is standard, and additional paperwork to allow us to run a criminal background check. At the end, each applicant has an individual interview with a member of our recruiting team.
