I interviewed as an intern. The manager was very straightforward, described the role and answered all of my questions. I shared my experience as well (which wasn't much at the time). They look for people who are willing to learn and get feedback, and who are compassionate.

Good. It started very early, and it took for about 4 hours. I first filled out paperwork abt my background, experience, reference, etc. And then watched a video about this company. Then, they gave a tour of the school. Afterwards they asked me a few questions and it was over.
