Formal, with Resident Manager who is also a student. Resident Advisor or Building Manager (non-student) may also be present during the interview process. Formal dress but a relaxed environment, usually in your own residence hall.

One quick 30 minute interview. They talk about professionalism, character, and how you respond to crisis or difficult situations. They also give you an overview of the role and the responsibilities associated with the office assistant job in the dorm cluster.

The interview process was fairly simple. It was online through zoom. They asked simple behavioral questions that you would expect in any other interview process. The interviewer was very nice and made the process simple and enjoyable.
