I spoke with the person hiring for about 10 minutes going over basic info regarding the course, some technical questions related to the course, and then I asked some questions of my own..
There was no real interview process for this position. The employer just required that you were an Electrical and Computer Engineering student and that you took the labs and performed well in them.
