The Options Clearing Corporation Paralegal (Litigation) interview questions

I was contacted on LinkedIn by a in-house recruiter. I did not apply for this role. The recruiter said my experience would be a great fit and requested a phone interview. We spoke on the phone for about 20 minutes. In that time, he talked about all of the benefits the OCC has to offer, what my team would consist of if I worked there, their covid procedures, and salary. He encouraged me to apply to the position, told me to email him as soon as I was done, and that he would forward my application immediately to the hiring manager. 24 hours later I got a rejection email. Highly unprofessional and such a waste of time. I should have paid attention to the terrible reviews.
