I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at The Outreach Team in Jul 2024
Interview
I was invited to interview the same day that I submitted my application. The following day (Friday), I entered a zoom call with about 35 other applicants. They put us into breakout rooms for individual interviews, saying we'd have to wait up to 30 minutes to talk to someone. My interview went great, and the recruiter told me (in the interview) that she would be recommending me to the position, and that I would receive my offer letter in the next few days. That following Monday, I received a rejection letter. When I reached back out to the hiring team, I received no response (this was in late July). Very unprofessional all around!
