Interview
The recruitment team held a zoom meeting to provide a brief overview of the organization's goals in the 2020 election and the requirements of position. Then we broke into one-on-one interviews to discuss our personal motivations for wanting to get involved in the organization and our previous work history.

Interview
It was a group zoom interview with a bunch of applicants and then we were brought into break-out rooms for a one-on-one interview. Overall took 15 minutes. Didn't really ask typical interview questions moreso asked personal interest.
