I was taken through two rounds of interviews and then told I was going to get a third interview. The interview Itself was a little off putting as employees explained how they worked long hours and barely took any Pto days. After emailing and calling several times I was told they would get back to me soon and that they had internal hold ups. A month passed by and I never heard back. I expected more from them as a profesional firm. It does not take longer than a minute to send an email simply saying they hired someone else or went a different direction. If you are considering applying I would rethink it unless you are willing to waste three hours in interviews.
