Question 1
They asked typical questions on how to approach various scenarios, how to train RBTs, and come clinical rational questions. They also requested a writing sample which I was really impressed with. Not many companies ask for that.
Very unprofessional. They had me on the phone with 3 men that were very aggressive in their tone, from the very beginning. I was interviewing for a remote position, they suggested in person and was CLEAR when I applied for the remote position and they just HUNG UP ON ME! Mid interview, as soon as I said “I applied for this position” he just said “you’re a waste of time then” and hung up on me. Completely disgusting process and management
