Interview

Attended a hiring seminar and had a brief 2-minute screening interview. After that I had 2 additional interviews - one with a facility manager and one with the regional manager. It was pretty clear that previous personal training experience was not necessary, but they were very particular about finding people who were committed to fitness, eager to invest the time to learn and would easily connect with the clients.

Interview

I went to two different interviews. The first was a group interview in which you were asked to fill out paper work, watch a video of the owner (but the vid looks like it was shot in the late 90's), do some push-ups and then take a break before going on the 5 minute individual interviews.
