Initial communications by e-mail lead to a casual phone interview, then screening tests for MCAT subjects and a brief in-person teaching demonstration. Passing these gets you a spot in subject training (training is individual for each of five subjects.) Passing training gets you certified as an instructor on a contract basis, so rehiring is each term at mutual discretion.
