Interview
First is a regular interview. Then you have to teach a class (on anything) to one of the managers. Finally, you have to go through 40 hours of paid training, at the end you get to teach a class on the material you learned. This is still part of the interview process and you are not hired unless you pass that.

Interview
The interview process was multi-staged, starting with a timed exam with a certain passing threshold. You immediately know how well you do on the exam and you have 2 attempts.
The bar is quite high for the exams, but afterwards, you only have two small additional steps. First is the phone screening, which is mostly to fully inform you about the position so you can decide for yourself whether to progress further. The final step is a short virtual lesson on a topic of your choice which you prepare and teach.
