Interview
Was asked to give tests, their mock tests for students. i gave three tests, GRE, GMAT and SAT. After some days i was asked to come down to the center at 10am, when i reached there i had to wait for half an hour as the center was not open. I was given some GMAT questions to explain on Skype to a manager in Pune. She also asked me to explain some concepts of grammar like subject verb agreement.
then i was interviewed by the another person from Bombay, this one was a one to one interview. i was asked about my previous employers and how soon can i shift to Pune.

Interview
I applied on Naukri and I was contacted by a recruiter to attend an interview. After the first interview they asked me for a demo. The demo lasted about 5-10 minutes and they just wanted to test whether I could effectively convey my content. Once I cleared it, I was selected for a highly intensive week-long training process. The salary was negotiated at this point. Sitting in the training did not mean a selection - we still had to clear it. Of the roughly 15 people who sat for the job, 4 of us ended up getting the offer. The rest were let go at various times during the training period (and some, in the end). After the training period, they got back to me saying I got the job.
