I was recruited over LinkedIn for this position. By the time I had the first call, that original position was filled, and they conducted it for another similar one. I had two interviews: first, an HR screening, and then the final, which was with two higher-ups—the regional manager and the person who would have been my direct manager. The recruiter was a big help and gave me a list of questions they would ask, like: "How you've gotten yourself up to speed to make a quick impact in new roles.", "Built and cultivated strong relationships with customers," and "Successfully navigated conflict (examples of problem-solving).". Along with general questions about my background, and then we did a role-play. I was not entirely sure what they wanted from me during this role-play, so it was hard to navigate. They did give me direct feedback about how I could have done better by asking the client more questions and upselling.
