First there is a phone interview with the recruiter then an in-person interview with the manager then a skills tests involving a monitored series of photoshop assessments (this was timed and someone is looking over your shoulder, so know what you're doing, quickly)

After chatting I was asked to do a A color test to see how well you can organize different shades of colors.
After that they ask you to PS something for them.
