I had a phone screening and then a more formal in-depth call. After which I was interviewed by a few people that wanted to drill down on my background to see if there was a claer fit.

Had two great interviews with both the recruiter and a Director. In addition to the interviewer being late for the second call, 20 Minutes of the 30 minute interview was the interviewer talking about themselves and the company. I barely had time to answer any questions or ask any myself. Waited for weeks to hear back only to be completely ghosted from the company. No follow up or any word. After unsuccessful follow up, I gave up on trying to speak to someone. Incredibly unprofessional and lack of respect for someone who takes the time out of their day to prep and interview. It takes less than a minute to send out a rejection letter.
