They worked very fast, kept me informed every step of the way. The Recruiter was very knowledgeable about the company and its culture. I interviewed with 5 people from different departments and everyone was professional and considerate of my time.

Asked me to share experiences of difficult business partners I had to deal with and describe a situation.
1 phone screen and 2 interviews, fairly easy. role ended up being filled internally and was offered another option but took offer elsewhere. Friendly staff and overall good experience and process.

Interview
Screening call with recruiter, interview with hiring manager, interview with skip level manager. I completed 3 interviews in a 2 week period. Things seemed well and recruiter followed up after both interviews but then ghosted me just like others have noted in their reviews. If you take the time to interview, you can at least follow up, even if it's a generic rejection email, especially if you tell the candidate you will get back to them by XYZ date. I can't believe recruiters are truly ghosting candidates, let alone HR candidates. I think I dodged a bullet and it worked out for the best.
