I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The RealReal (Las Vegas, NV) in Jan 2018
Interview
It was an on the phone interview, asked very general questions whilst searching through social media feeds. They wanted to know more of my personality rather than my experience. Then offered to anyone who I may know who would also want the position.
Recruiter first round. Basic questions. Very scripted questions and insight to position. Salary was lower than range expected and bonus is not guaranteed. Seems very entry level and not a lot of growth opportunity.
I applied online. I interviewed at The RealReal (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Lengthy and thorough. Multiple rounds. Had to give presentations, provide information on previous sales experience and management responsibilities. Talked through current clientele, provided stats of my personal sales and training new hires.
Long tedious drawn out not very informative did not know whether I had been selected to interview or not very long time to get any response regarding the role would not recommend
