I applied on LinkedIn, same process you've probably seen a million times. They reached out to me to schedule a phone screen, with a request to select a time for the call. I did so. That was the last I heard from them. I followed up several times via email and even LinkedIn... nothing. Swayze. They ghosted me after asking for an interview. I didn't even get to the actual call. I don't necessarily blame the recruiter personally... but this does reek of dysfunction to me.
