A recruiter reached out and we scheduled an initial phone screen. She did not call at the scheduled time. I followed up via email asking if she wanted to reschedule and she never responded. I'm interviewing for comparable roles at multiple tech companies, all of whom have been friendly, responsive, and generally respectful of my time. The RealReal is the only company that's straight-up ghosted me after we scheduled a time to speak.
