Interview
Received an email one day after applying on LinkedIn with an employee referral. Only one interview with someone from HR. She called thirty minutes after the scheduled time and the call dropped a minute in. She was definitely in a car/Uber. She gave me a 90 second run down of the position and after showing immense interest despite Glassdoor reviews, she said she would be in touch with me later that day to set up the second and potentially third interview. It's been two weeks and I have not heard back. Quick tip: Don't lie to people who show interest, especially when you have a hard time keeping/recruiting as is.
