I had an initial call via google meets with the Recruiting Manager then an on site interview with a Director and 1 HRBPs. The process was extremely fast, I was not aware that I would be meeting with HRBPs during my onsite and that it would be a panel style. I would have appreciated more communication to prepare, and not be surprised. I also prefer having 1:1 interviews so I can ask and answer questions without feeling the need to rush.
