The recruiter was not very professional. After I tried to get in contact with them after I hadn’t heard anything about the status of my application after completing the second round, I didn’t hear back… this carried on for a few weeks. I followed up maybe two other times in the span of the month and finally when they did get back to me they told me they had gone through a ATS system change and they lost my info? Which still didn’t explain why she hadn’t responded to my emails when I was emailing her directly… she apologized that I was unfortunately not moving forward and then told me to keep looking at the website for other opportunities. When I saw another position I was interested in and I thought fit my background and experience and reached out she never responded.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The RealReal (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
HR contacted me, did a phone interview. Then I met with hiring manager in person two weeks later. I was not offered a position and received a thank you email.
