First there is a phone screen with an in-house recruiter.That had to be the most positive part of the experience and she was really awesome. After having a really great screen I was invited to interview with the team I would be working with if I were to get the position.They were nice,played things close to the vest but spent a good amount of time with me asking me a lot of questions. I was told the last part of the process would be a "test"that they were in the process of creating.This was end of December... after my weekly check in's with the recruiter to see when I could expect the test I finally got my opportunity about 2 weeks ago about.It was a pretty extensive "test" which I found to be understandable, but a start time at 3 pm to work with a ton of assets.I am sure the team does an awesome job,but I found it absolutely ridiculous to have me come in so late in the day and with the team leaders obviously wanting to get out of there at a decent time I felt extremely rushed and kinda like set up to blow it which I guess I apparently did not do so well in their eyes because I was alerted(two weeks after the "test") that I didn't get the position this week. So basically I exhibited patience and enthusiasm for the worlds longest rejection.Kinda bummed on that
