I applied online through a third-party site and was contacted within a few weeks from the manager asking me to come in the next day for an interview. I arrived at the store, was taken to the break room to speak with the regional manager and general manager. I was asked a few questions about myself and my work experience, and told a little about the company and what the job would entail. I was then given a personality test that all employees are required to take. I received a call a few days later from the regional manager offering me the position.
