A lengthy written application was submitted. It included various scenarios that could and have happened to staff at one time or another. Responses of how to handle these situations were answered both on paper and in the face-to-face interview process. The interview process consisted of the three top administrative staff and there were specific questions to show how common sense and honesty were shown. There were common other tests concluded and then a background check was performed. The whole process took four to six weeks to complete.
