I received a brief but thorough interview about my experience and how would i be good for the job. The interview was very professional about the whole thing but was never intimidating. I feel this was a good first job.
Honestly, it was just like having a conversation. They asked me questions about myself, why I wanted to work there, and my religious conviction (as it is a Christian organization). I was very nervous at first, but they made me feel comfortable quickly.
