Phone Conversation, then one-on-one interviews. Once you are considered for employment, there is an assessment on basic accounting knowledge, then you will talk with the Director, Controller, and Supervisor. The interview is very open and calm.
It was an online interview with 2-3 interviewers, asked about behavioral questions and past experiences. Interview was 45-60 minutes. It was straight forward but I did not get a call back
I had a very very good interview. They were polite, and very friendly. They put me at ease and were very warm and hospitable. I didn't get an offer, but I would try again.

Review of job and my resume. Went over benefits and pay. Process of second interview. Had list of questions from the process to pass to second interview about all accounting work to be done. The said i would be called if i get have a second interview.
