Applied online, recieved an invite to an interview a few days later. Went for an interview. Process was very easy. Just need to prepare. If you have prior support work experience you'll do well.

Interview process was pretty easy got to choose my interview time from a selection. It was very informal so don't be intimidated they just asked questions about yourself and your background, what you know about the salvation army, what skills do you have etc
