Not that hard, very basic, employee history. you get asked basic questions that most companies ask and you answer truthfully. the man is very sweet asian guy who worked there for many years and wants caring people tow work in salvation army. however, we are not allowed to converse a lot with the recovery people in salvation army that come in occasionally to bring in boxes of merchandise
