Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing—the HR associate called out of the blue, expecting I’d be available to speak immediately, despite having other commitments. I followed up the next day, asking to schedule a convenient time for the screening, but received no response. I even left another message the following day, yet still no reply. This approach struck me as unprofessional and inconsiderate, assuming candidates will be ready on a whim. It gives the impression that the organization lacks respect for professional boundaries and might be targeting candidates who are desperate for work, despite offering relatively low salaries. This experience was specific to the Augusta location and I'd advise you to look elsewhere.
