Interview
Initial HR interview, then a secondary interview with the lab. All administrative personnel were very approachable and kept me updated throughout the process. The lab interview was casual and friendly. I met with individual lab members and they spoke about their projects and asked me about my experience. The PI asked about my research interests and suggested ways that certain paths projects could take to accommodate my interests.
