I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Scripps Research Institute (San Diego, CA) in Jul 2015
Interview
Applied online through Scripps careers. Received a call from HR next day to try and schedule an interview for the same week. 1:1 meeting with HR recruiter from prepared questions, then, if appropriate they call PI. If PI deems it appropriate after HR call, you can meet in another building (even though you're already scheduled for interview with PI, which is weird and unusual). PI meeting was quick, focused too much on brief summer internships. No lab tour or meet and greet with lab members (clue for not getting position). No word from HR to candidates not chosen (expect candidate to check position status online through Scripps)
Talked with hr then had interview with the PI in person. Later got email with interest and she checked my references. After that I got offer letter quickly. Went smoothly
2 interviews, the first one was with my boss and the second interview was with whole team, about 7 to 8 people. Overall easy questions, mostly asking for a personality match.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Scripps Research Institute
Interview
The process took almost a month. I first received a digital interview and was contacted by HR 2 weeks after for an in-person interview at Scripps Florida. I met with the PI and post-docs and HR.
