After applying I got a phone call to discuss my background and interests. I was informed about the current research projects and was informed that I will be required to give a presentation for an onsite interview. The on site interview involved 1 on 1 meeting with the entire group and the presentation at the end of the day. It was casual and I was made an offer at the end of that.

Firstly I had interaction with the PI. Once the interests aligned, I had a meeting with Staff scientist or somebody at assistant professor position wherein one can ask questions/queries/doubts. Last is presentation of your PhD work and then interaction with lab members as well as collaborators. Overall, its a standard postdoctoral research interview experience.

Was very simple- came into the lab on a weekend and talked to the PI for about an hour. Was low pressure and really just a "get to know you" type of process. Did not need to meet with anyone else.
