The interview process was rigorous and detailed. I spoke with two deputy managing editors, the associate editor and the editor in chief. The first interview was with the deputy managing editor in charge of recruitment. The second interview was with the person in charge of suburban coverage. The third was with the second-in-command editor of the paper. The last interview was with the editor in chief.
