Interview
They usually do it in a group setting from my past experience. You'll come in, fill out some paperwork, go into the "gym" and they'll ask questions after the questions they'll offer you a position as a substitute - pretty much everyone starts off trailing as a sub. After that you get a hourly rate of 10 non negotiable after that they take your picture and give you a tour of the school then email your schedule.

Interview
I applied, got a call back, arranged an interview, arrived, saw the Director, met with her, she gave me a packet, a tour of the school, and arranged my trail. It was very organised, painless and not as nerve-wracking as I expected.
