I applied online, received a call about 2 weeks after to come in for an interview. It was a group of about 8-9. Took a tour of the school (Northside campus), and then we all sat in the conference room for orientation. The director of the school talked to us about her journey towards a Montessori, and just told us what to expect once we start working here. The interview process is what took the longest. The process was only supposed to take 2 hours (from 1pm-3pm) ,but we definitely went over that time limit. I was the last one to be interviewed, and didn't leave until around 4:30 ish. The interview was very basic. Sunny, who interviewed me, made me feel at ease. She just asked about some background info and the standard "why do you want to work with children". An okay interview process overall. I received a call 2 days later saying that I'll be starting the following week as a trial period.
