Started with a phone screen with the hiring manager, then provided an assignment to complete prior to Skype interview. Skype interview was with four people, took about 3 hours. A couple of things of note: -I am located in NY and that somehow didn't make it to HR because my initial in person interview was scheduled to take place in the LA office. -There was a requirement to send the assignment back at least 24 hours in advance of the interview. I sent it back well before then and then on interview day HR reached out and indicated that because I didn't send my assignment back the interview would not take place. Forwarded the original email to HR once again. -Was told I'd hear back either way a week later and never heard back at all. Seems super inconsiderate not to tell someone you actually interviewed for 3 hours "thanks, but no thanks". The interview itself was fine, the discussion was good, and TP is an amazing organization but there HR department could use some work.
