I was contacted for a 30-minute phone screening with a recruiter about 4 weeks after submitting my application. I was able to select a date and time for the screening through Calendly. There were plenty of scheduling options, which was nice. There were a few technical glitches during the call which threw me off and I never heard a peep from them after this call (it's been 5 months), which was not so nice!
