Initial interview was over the phone. Very friendly and professional. The next stage involved completing prompts for a project plan, to be submitted in about a week. I liked that it had an opportunity to test skills. A second interview would follow two days after the deadline with a manager over video chat on Google Meet. Everyone was very supportive over the process.
