Very thorough, thoughtful, and intensive. There was a sense of intervening for a "good ol' boys" club—sort of a sense of a "nice" fraternity. Part of it included having a meal with an executive who after the interview told me that they can learn a lot from someone based on how they comport themselves in a restaurant. One part of the interview was with someone who was in the department who led the interview like an interrogation.
