I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Trevor Project
Interview
Half hour Recruiter screening interview, half hour hiring manager interview, skills assessment exercise, second hiring manager interview (one hour) to go over skills assessment exercise, 2 peer interviews (one hour). Told the skills assessment exercise “should only take 2-3 hours” but to actually do it right would take more than double that amount of time as well as spend money (or have access to) professional project management tools. Exercise was extremely vague and showed a general lack of understanding of what a technical project manager should focus most of their time on.
