General questions about speaking with customers and possible working days. Nothing was really out of the ordinary for these questions. As long as you can speak well and answer confidently enough, you'll learn the ways of both UPS and Amazon in no time,
Very erratic, but very laid-back. They told me to come in for a second interview, and ended up just clocking me in instead of the interview. That was weird but a nice experience overall.
