I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at The UPS Store in May 2014
Interview
The interview was very casual, done in the back office which was not a good first impression, dark, dingy and unkept. I was asked the typical interview question, nothing that was unique. The manager didn't even review my portfolio which ticked me off as it took a long time to make, also unusual for a graphic design jog. Was offered the position on the spot and I took it. If I was not in need on one right away I would have turned it down, low starting wage was offered, not a good representation of my hard work and skills.
Informal, sat at desk with surrounding customers. Asked scripted questions. Do not know if I spoke with manager or assistant manager, did not introduce themselves. Less than 10 minutes. Never received call back on position.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The UPS Store in Jul 2021

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The UPS Store (Tallahassee, FL) in Jan 2021
Interview
Very easy and informative interview. They did not have a position available at the time, but still took the time to speak with me about future positions. Talked on the phone about what jobs look like in their office and how soon they would be looking to hire. Very transparent.
