The Vermont Country Store Telephone Service Representative interview questions

Submitted application online, received an email to call to set up interview, after a bit of phone tag I was scheduled to attend a job fair. I arrived that day with a group of around 20 people, received a speech introducing me to the company and then watched a short film on the history and growth of the business, after which we were asked if this position was something we wold like to pursue, or if not, we were free to go. I stayed and met with an interviewer and was hired that day.
