It is good to hear that you had an offer in hand after two interviews; we are excited about our open opportunities and are comfortable making an offer when we find a great candidate. However, it has been our experience that to convince a candidate to accept an offer for a role or service group that they are not passionate about, does not tend to work out for the candidate or company.
