Interview
It's a 2 interview process. If they like you they'll ask you to come back to speak tonthe other manager.
Because I had a referral the process went a little faster then I'm assuming being that my friend gave the manager a heads up and was interested right away. He made sure that he went through all the hiring steps. You do have to complete the application online and a few questions to even get accepted for an interview.

Question 1
Your on the floor by yourself because the other help went on break. The phone starts to ring while multiple customers are walking in and someone is asking you a question. What do you do?
Multiple rounds, friendly interviewers. I had a phone interview first, then an in-person with the store manager. The last round was another phone interview, this time with the district manager
The interview was super relaxed but very professional. They didn't expect me to "know everything," instead they emphasized a willingness to learn and work as a team. It was very reassuring and I got a great vibe from both the manager and assistant manager.

Application was online and simple. We set up an interview with the SM and then set up a second interview with the DM. Sometimes they will combine these into one interview.
