Interview
The owners think their business is 5 star and will make you think so too. They both interview at the same time. Which makes it feel like 2vs1. They don't tell you how unorganized everything is.
Somewhat intimidating. The owners care a great deal about their company. They asked many questions, some difficult, others not so much. Overall, it was a fine interview process. After the interview, I was let loose with the employees and the dogs for about 2 hours.
