The phone portion of the interview went very well. The recruiter and I seemed to be on the same page. We left the call with, our SVP will be calling you in the next couple of days. That was months ago.

I was invited to a screening interview with the Human Resources recruiter after applying online. The interview was over the phone and lasted 30 minutes. She was polite and informative.
Interviewed through the phone first to go through credentials and background. After discussion, have in person interview with managers. Talked about background, why do you want to work here, previous work projects, and etc.

Interview
Was called by HR, picked up at the airport and taken to interview with people who didn't even know I was coming. It was pretty ridiculous. I expected a little more professionalism from a company this size.
